Payments

accepts payments of personal check, money order, or credit
card. All payments are made through our secure server.
Credit card payments are processed through our secure server.
PetFoodCafe.com accepts American Express, MasterCard and
VISA. If mailing payment with order, your order must be
printed in full and accompany payment. If paying by personal
check allow 3 weeks for delivery.

Sales/Use Tax: Applicable sales/use tax is charged on orders shipped to New York. The sales tax rate is charged at the Suffok County rate of 8.625% If your New York county has a lower sales tax rate, please notify us of your local sales/use tax rate.
Orders for New York service/guide dog owners may be tax exempt. Please call us for further details regarding this.
Free shipping with a $9 minimum order. Orders less than $9 will be charged a $3.50 shipping fee.
Shipping minimum does not apply to sample packs.

Returns
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed: If within 30 days of the shipping date of your product, you find that your Flint River Ranch product is not performing to your expectations return the remaining product via prepaid shipping for refund of the original purchase price.
Please call our Call Center operators at 800/354-6858 or contact orders@frrco.com for a RAC (return authorization code) and for instructions & the address of where to return the remaining product. Please include a copy of the original invoice with RAC written on it and statement for reason of refund when packing the return order. For all orders past 30 days of original purchase, please contact Call Center for additional return guidelines.
